Most recently, Patrick served as the Business Manager at Hair Liberation Gallery in Baldwin Place, NY, where he successfully led a team of fifteen and consistently increased the salon's market presence by over 20% annually. Previously, as a District Sales Consultant for an independent beauty products distributor, he expanded his business territory by 90%. At Leading Questions, Patrick uses this extensive industry knowledge to enhance salon operations and financial performance. Dedicated to the professional beauty industry, his contributions to salon management and growth position him as a key figure in setting future industry standards.

RUDY SPROGIS, PCC, PHR

Co-Founder - Salon Leadership Consultant

Rudy Sprogis, PCC, PHR, is an award-winning salon leadership coach and consultant.

He is a credential-holder with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, he holds a cosmetology license from the state of New York. Sprogis has extensive salon management experience, most recently with the Warren-Tricomi Salon in Greenwich, Connecticut. Under his direction, this salon was named one of the “Top 100 Salons in the United States” three times by the editors of ELLE Magazine. For over a decade, Sprogis has been empowering salon owners through his consulting practice, helping them clarify goals, improve performance, and realize double-digit growth. He is the author of the best-selling leadership journal, “The Self-Reflection Habit: The Key to Leadership Self-Awareness,” which reached #20 on Amazon’s Top 100 Coaching and Mentoring books. Sprogis’ expertise and insights have been featured in numerous consumer and trade publications, including American Salon, Modern Salon, and Salon Today magazines, establishing his reputation as a thought leader in the professional beauty industry.
