Schedule Your 30-Minute Complimentary Workshop Call
Reserved for cosmetology educators and BOCES program administrators.

WHAT THIS CALL IS
This is a 30-minute conversation — no pitch, no sales script.
You attended our NYSTTTA presentation. You saw what the workshops do. This call is for you to ask the questions that matter to your program: how it fits, what it looks like in a classroom, what we need from your school, and whether this is the right moment.
We have worked with cosmetology students across the Hudson Valley for over a decade. In three years of formal BOCES CTE/CTI workshops, we have delivered programming to 288 students across multiple cohorts with an average satisfaction rating of 4.7 out of 5.
We are building toward bringing these workshops to every BOCES CTE/CTI cosmetology program in New York State. This call is how we figure out if your program is next.

WHAT HAPPENS
IN 30 MINUTES
You tell us about your program — size, current curriculum, where students struggle most in the first year.
We describe exactly what the workshops cover and how we facilitate them. We talk honestly about fit, logistics, and what bringing us in looks like from your end.
We answer every question you have — no follow-up required.

What the Workshops Cover
We facilitate two 90-minute sessions — each one designed for students who are weeks from entering the workforce and have never been taught the business side of this industry.

Session One: Career Clarity
and Job Navigation
How to evaluate a salon before accepting an offer. Compensation structures and what to ask. Building a client base from zero. The habits that separate stylists who stay from stylists who leave.
Session Two: The Business Behind the Chair
Rebooking, retention, and client relationships as a financial strategy. Service math — how to think about what you charge and why. Financial vocabulary that graduates will need on Day One.
Both sessions are fully aligned with New York State Career and Financial Management standards. No curriculum redesign required from your program. We come in, facilitate, and leave.
What We Need From Your School
We keep our requirements minimal by design. Here is what a typical engagement looks like:
Two classroom sessions, 90 minutes each. Cosmetology students are aligned over two sessions — in Session 1, Gaining and Retaining is delivered in the fall semester; in Session 2, Getting Your First Job is delivered in the spring semester.
A classroom space with enough room for a facilitated discussion (no special equipment required).
A point of contact at your school who can coordinate logistics and make sure students are prepared to participate.
That's it. We handle all preparation, facilitation, and materials.

Why This Call Is Complimentary
We are building something bigger than a consulting practice. Our goal is to close the preparation gap for cosmetology students across New York State before it becomes a workforce crisis.
Every school that brings us in becomes part of that. We are not charging for the exploratory call because we want the conversation to happen — not because you had to budget for it.
If we decide to move forward, we will discuss what a formal partnership looks like. The call itself is completely free and completely without obligation.
